prohibited within the building. This prohibition extends to
the private areas of the apartments, including but not
limited to, balconies, terraces, common areas, and all
grounds surrounding the complex.

- No pets allowed in the premises.

Inclusions : Home appliances: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher washer&dryer, microwave,bathroom mirror, 1 Garage (#186),1 locker (#64-C2).

Exclusions : Electricity, hot water, internet and tenant's insurance.
